commissions
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of agreed compensation is due before work has begun. All remaining fees will be paid in full before the final publishing or release of artwork. If you wish to terminate your commission request, you acknowledge that your deposit will be forfeited and not refunded under any circumstances. We have the right to terminate the commission request effective immediately if failure of payment occurs.
Each piece that we create during the process belongs only to us and may not be used for commercial, political, or unauthorized purposes by you. We have the right to share videos or pictures of our process on our social media platforms, as long as it is not with political or malicious intent. Any other use of the our image (e.g. tattoos, logos) will require our written approval. Any violations will result in immediate termination of the commission request and/or legal action from us.
You are responsible for the cost of $75 per revision. You will be notified of a new completion date at the request of any revisions.
Shipping, Cancellations, & Returns
*Late Delivery - All attempts will be made to complete commissioned artwork promptly as convention schedules allow. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you of any delays within three (3) days of the due date or as soon as a delay occurs. We are responsible for communicating a new completion date after the delay has been resolved.
Both parties must give at least two weeks' notice from the initial estimated completion date if a commission request is canceled. If you fail to communicate the cancellation in this time frame, the full amount of agreed compensation must be paid to us. If we fail to communicate a cancellation within this time frame, you will receive all of the compensation you have already paid, minus the deposit.
We do not offer returns for any purchased artwork. We may offer a replacement or exchange if a received product is damaged. You have 30 days from the purchase date to request any replacements or exchanges.
